Wrapping Up August and Hello September!

 August came and went—with all its sunshine, a few rainy afternoons, and yes, the “Ghost Month” label hanging over it. But unlike those infamous “ghost projects” we sometimes see in the Philippines (you know, the roads that never get finished 👻🚧) - our month was anything but empty.

We were blessed to close a couple of solid deals—from house and lots to commercial lot, and a unit in D Residential Loft —proving that the real estate is very much active in this City! ✨ So, thank you dear clients for the trust and support.

And now—here comes September! The month where mornings feel a little cooler, the days get a little busier… and yes, where you’ll start hearing Jose Mari Chan softly singing in every mall, radio, and Facebook meme. 🎶
