Starbucks Uptown, is now Open!

This will be Starbucks’ first-ever store in the Uptown area and also the first drive-thru Starbucks in Cagayan de Oro, offering more convenience for coffee lovers on the go.

📍G/F, SM City CDO Uptown Northwing, Las Ramblas Road, Pueblo de Oro Bus Park, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.

• It is the first Starbucks in Uptown CDO and the first with Drive-Thru in Northern Mindanao.

• This is the 4th Starbucks in CDO.

Construction Update 🔥 

Mastersons Pueblo - Laguindingan Bypass Road

The project involves the construction of by-pass and diversion roads that traverse upland terrain, linking Pueblo de Oro/CDO Airport Road to Junction BCIR in Laguindingan.

Complemented by the development of the Baikingon Bridge, this corridor offers a faster, more direct alternative to the traditional highway. Notably, this route cuts through the highly strategic Uptown CDO district, a rising hub for residential and commercial expansion.

With its higher elevation, cooler climate, and increasing infrastructure investment, Uptown is fast becoming the new center of gravity for Cagayan de Oro’s urban growth.

🏗️ Construction Progress (as of May 2025) 🔸 Pueblo de Oro – Masterson Section

• Road alignment and clearing now stretch through the hills of Uptown CDO.

• Earthworks and slope protection installations are ongoing.

• Drainage systems and early paving activities are underway in some sections.
