Hey Monday, it’s June — and yes, PAGASA has officially declared the start of the rainy season. 🌧️
The past few days, CDO experienced Moderate to Heavy rains due to the Trough of LPA and Southwest Monsoon. While that’s a reminder to stay safe and flood-aware, it also highlights why elevation and community planning matter so much when choosing property.
